I have zero insider knowledge, but the buyout is too much, the fans are too hopeful which is why it gets so much run, IMO. A quiet raise, and tons of perks – Deseret News  I thought this was a good read, educated me on the different aspects of how his compensation is allocated, and the history of the contracts. I advise not to read the “Perks a Plenty” section, that got a little jealousy going inside of me.
