  But, due to unforeseen issues, we don’t have depth at QB or RB. We may have only one QB in spring ball and 2 RBs. It sounds like KW is planning some things to turn that around. I assume he is looking hard at the transfer portal for RBs and a QB. Wide Receiver is another area where we need to get some more depth before spring ball. Looks like we are good to go at LB for a few years.

    Someone already posted about Ja’Quinden Jackson being in the portal leaving Texas. He looks amazing and would definitely be my 1st choice if we had a shot at him.
    
    Another guy in the portal that looks really good is Grant Tisdale. He’s another 4* dual threat originally out of Allen, TX who is leaving Ole Miss and has a couple of years of elgibility left.

    Yes, I don’t have concern. The 2 deep is fine for spring and is likely to only get better. LB looked weak coming into the year but look what happened. The process is good.

    @OnlyU – We recruited a ton of LB and defense in general. This year where our D replaced almost every postition it still has probably out performed the O. Why not bring in more talent on O?
    
    It seems as simple as this. When we have an elite O we will win the rose bowl. Our D is that consistent and good. Why not bring in a disproportionate amount of talent on O one of these days?
