MBB at Quick Quack Car Wash

Losing madsen was brutal.  He could’ve have been a drought buster in the 1st half when we went on that 0-12 stretch.  Then we’d have a game.  Getting out athleted again.

It’s a bit maddening that for as many games as Oregon has phoned in this year they came to play against us both times.  

I want to see Boston holt let loose.  Too bad I’ve heard on the board that he’s lazy because he seems like the type of athlete that could really make a dofference for us when nothing else is working.

From here ’til the end of the season, UTES have 5 Quad 1 games.  Lets see what they can do.  Win 3 of those and we’re in.  Win 2 and we’re a strong bubble team (& need a game or 2 in tourney).  Norcal schools can give Madsen some time to recover next week.

Our problem is clearly the lack of playmakers that can create their own shot.  Wooster is not good enough of a guard to create plays.   This is where I think R.Jones is better at.

 I really like to see Keita inside game.  I don’t quite understand why we don’t give him to ball down low.  Develop him as a post player.  He likes getting physical and he’s a beast.  Give him the ball more !

If the Ducks played every team like they do when they play the Utes, they’d have broken UCLA’s collegiate winning streak years ago. For the life of me. I can’t figure out what brings our the best of the Ducks whenever they play Utah. I mean, this is a hex that stretches back decades and a number of head coaches. It’s almost supernatural in nature. At this point, the Utes might as well forfeit games with Oregon and save themselves the hassle of showing up.
