Yasmin just got cut. To make way for … Fotheringham.

I forgot to mention my favorite thing: Tyropita, cheese pie. Tyro = cheese. Pita = bread. Comes in many forms from small triangles to a lasagna pan size. Cheese wrapped in filo, with lots of butter. Unreal. You can get them lots of places.

That sounds really good. I may have to check out those places.

My wife and I and some friends are doing our foodie tour of southern Idaho this weekend. We leave about 1:00ish on Friday and drive to Buhl, Idaho (west of Twin Falls). Yeah, I’m going to the touristy places. But like my mom used to say, “if the tourist traps weren’t cool, the tourists wouldn’t go there and they wouldn’t be tourist traps.”

Ainge and Zanik have done the equivalent of blowing off their foot with a shotgun because there was an annual 14% chance it would grow back by 2030.

The BIG12 is a snowglobe of unpredictability after last year. You’re going the super duper duper touristy places, but they are still really cool. Village salads are incredible. “Horiatiki salata” is what you ask for. Why do people think the WVU game will be at night Week 5? There is BYU @ CU (late, late game?), Baylor @ Ok St. and a few other games that might be the late game.

Week 7 ASU @ Utah might be night. There is KU @ TT, TCU @ KSU, but that seems like a good one to put at night.
