Outside of Utah uniforms – what are your favorites

– The Steelers (I don’t like the team, but love the uniforms)

– USC Trojans (I have always found their color combo striking)

– Florida

– Oregon State reminds me of Halloween

My non Utah favorite is Notre Dame: Not a better uniform in sports IMO. Gold helmets, dark blue uniforms with a ND logo on one sleeve. Gold pants. Doesn’t get cleaner and better looking than that.

Actually, I strongly disagree about Florida’s uniforms… I’m not sure about all the alternates or whatever, but their classic (orange helmet, blue font “Gators”) uniforms are pretty great IMO.

Worst all time of any football uniform: UofU camouflage uniforms, you know which ones I’m talking about. Not only are they ugly, the words on the back are stupid, and I have negative emotions that immediately boil to the surface when I think about them. Along those same lines is the Pedo State uniforms. Just seeing them makes me want to punch someone in the face.

I agree with you on the Notre Dame blue uniforms.  As far as Florida is concerned – I just don’t like that shade of blue.  That’s just me.  I do like dark blue uniforms.

Least favorite: BYU’s bib uni’s. I’m not just saying that because it’s BYU. Some of their uni’s look quite nice. Those bibs were awful however.

Favorites: Notre Dame, Michigan, and the Military schools (Navy, Army, Air Force)
Least Favs: ASU, Wyoming, Maryland (love the helmets, but they can do so much more with the jerseys)
On a side note, I actually like the Oregon State colors because they remind me of Halloween.

Yes, I absolutely love the Steelers uniforms – being a fan that is easy. Something about that yellowish-gold and black combination is very striking to me, and reminds me of ’70s Super Bowls, LOL. Which means, of course, that I love Iowa’s uniforms since they are an excact copy sans the helmet.

I like the Ravens purple/black uniforms.

And Oregon State, with their orange/black combination.

I just think black goes well with almost any combination. Now, strangely enough, I do not like the Utes’ black/red combination when they wear it. Don’t know why. It just seems a mismatch to me. But I do like the Utes all black uniforms, especially with a red helmet.

And, I’ve always liked the Miami Dolphins uniforms. That aqua color combined with the almost florescent orange outlines looks sharp to me.
