Starting QB for the UCF game?

Maybe this has been discussed in another post, but I would think Bottari is the only choice left for starting the UCF game. But who would be backing him up?

I am old enough to remember seeing Tom Matte, a running back for the Baltimore Colts, play QB when Johnny Unitis and his backup were both injured. But Matte had played some QB in his college days.

Does Utah have a player at another position that could play QB if necessary?

Crazy how few QBs we have. Didn’t Cam Skattebo have to play QB against us last year when we played ASU? Also the Denver broncos started a wide receiver at qb a few years ago but that was because of covid protocols

both Skattebo (RB) and Conyers (TE) played QB against Utah last year which is part of the reason they were so upset by the late Vincent TD
