      There were self-imposed scholarship losses and recruiting day reductions but they were for 2018/2019. So basically, SC has everything behind them. But I agree, pretty weak penalties.

      $4000 is chump change, dunno why he even risked his career for something like that. Maybe he wanted to buy a Vespa. Also possible there were other payments not discovered by FBI/NCAA. of course, but still I suppose penalties somewhat commensurate with the $$ involved.
