A great game by the Utes, they won 86-61 pulling away in 2nd half.

We really took care of the ball, Utah style.

I sure hope Keba Keita is ok!

Good hell that game was fun.

Keba was in a walking boot after the game. If I had to guess (based on the boot and the replay of the injury) I’d say high ankle sprain.

Pretty successful night when the only boo from the crowd comes when Marco grabs a late rebound to deny Worster a triple double

Carlson talking about Marco Anthony after the game: “He’s never going to hear the end of it” (discussing the rebound that kept RW from getting the trip-dub)

Anybody know what Saunders did to get buried in the dog house?

He can’t even get minutes in a 20 point blowout

        Practice habits.

I’m super bummed because it’s a near certainty he’s going to transfer. I think he would have been the starter next year but apparently he can’t get his work rate up to the level of his talent.

Is the damage done unrepairable the last month of the season?

You’d have to think Holt is probably out the door as well.

Personally, I don’t think Holt is out the door. We’ve got to remember that he’s still kind of in the recovery process from a torn ACL he suffered last season. He himself has said various times this season that while he’s getting his confidence back and progressing, he’s not at 100 percent yet. That’s the real reason why he’s not getting major minutes and is slowly getting into the rotation. I could be wrong, but I think that as the season enters the stretch run we’ll be seeing more of him.

I was also worried about Tarlac’s future on the team, but last night was kind of a breakout game for him. He didn’t get a ton of minutes but he did some VERY nice things in every facet of the game: Scoring, assisting, stealing, rebounding.

I think he will continue to earn more minutes and carve out a spot for himself going forward.
