Part of the issue is there wouldn’t be that many seats added by filling in the south end zone. 5K or so, and they would be cheaper seats (yeah that’s relative). SO it would take years for that to pay off.

I’ve been working my ass off on the Ute Hub app. (photos below) Since the last update I’ve implemented a login which keeps you logged in basically forever unless you logout.
