Just got word that Apple rejected the 0.0.2 version of the Ute Hub app.  In this one added some schedules and rosters in-app, no connection to the site. Thought that might be enough to comply with their conditions but nope. I wasn’t expecting much so no big deal, other than UH members who own iOS devices are still SOL.

I’m in the geek zone right now. While sitting out on the front porch with my laptop I’ve now gotten the reply to topic feature working on phase two of the app. I also installed a rich text editor into the topic and reply text areas for formatting text, paragraphs, adding links etc.  Next task in the next day or two is to get the reply to reply…[Read more]

Greetings from the doghouse. Yeah, awesome. Anyway I made a MAJOR breakthrough on the app.  I’ve successfully used the app to make a NEW POST.  I thought that functionality was going to take months.  This is huge.  It was just test data, so now I have to wire up the new post form to feed into where the test data was and it should be good to go.…[Read more]

Public service announcement: Stock up tomorrow because the tax hike on alcohol goes into effect on Saturday. Yeah, no longer being raped for 86%!  Saturday it’s up to 88%.  Why stop there?
