So are you hoping for Wilson to get injured? 🙂

I had a weird thought. I’ll probably watch WSU and OSU when they are on TV, and even a few MWC games. But BigXII probably not. May tune in to OSU this week to see our first conference opponent, but may not even do that.

UTE98 started the topic At the end of the first full Saturday of the season, my thoughts. in the forum Football 8 months, 1 week ago
1. I’m just not invested in the Big XII, in fact I would not buy clothing with the XII logo. It just doesn’t move the needle for me. I grew up watching Pac football long before the Utes were in, and I just can’t get excited about watching Big XII football. I watched a few minutes of Oklahoma State, and of course the Utah game. But other than that…[Read more]

I have nightmares of running QBs beating our Utes. Hope he doesn’t torch us with his legs.

I love the UTAH on the fieldhouse. It is such a unique part of Utah football games/experience. I mean it certainly beats the CU style black incline in the end zone. Does anybody else remember that? It’s last year was 97 if I recall correctly. I remember getting student tickets in 97 and the stadium being empty and we were on the way up.

UTE98 replied to the topic But why did Trevor Reilly resign? Money from the Saudis to Colorado? in the forum Football 8 months, 2 weeks ago
Listening to his interview with Checketts, linked in another string. It sounded like the current NIL coordinator for CU Bleu Score (?) maybe Blue Sky was fired by our Utes, and is just trying to bleed dry the 1% of CU boosters. Sounded like Reilly thought they were 9-5 and not really hustling.
Reilly spoke highly of the Sanders, CU Football and…[Read more]

On the drive home today Phillip Lindsey and Zach Bye of Denver’s 104.3 The Fan were discussing recent developments. There has been buzz lately about a news reporter at CU Football media events. Come to find out Sean Keeler, sports opinion columnist for the Denver Post has been banned from CU Football related media events. Coach Sanders has it in…[Read more]

So I was listening to the second podcast on Y-option. Y-Option podcast
Listening to Ashley, Yogi and Yammer talk about the demise of Pac12 Network something really stuck out to me. Pac12 Network let Mike Yam go in 2020, during the height of the Pandemic. Ashley, Yogi, Jim Thornby “the producer”, and Yam were talking about the building process of…[Read more]

I listened to the one you posted as well as the Cougars and Beavs, Late night. Really like Yogi, when he was basically hosting the interviews with the Cougar and Beaver players his ability to ask great questions, and touch the human interest stories reminds me how much I’ll miss him. Also, did a good job of interviewing the coaches.
Only listened…[Read more]

I’d have to say Notre Dame pre-game was first class. The fans were welcoming and very helpful. It was a horrible wet rainy game which we lost, but the experience was my favorite.
The Big House, I didn’t really like that place.
UNC was not very good, too hot, and the fans were jerks. But the pre-game tailgate was epic. (can I say that? Since I…[Read more]

Since they can’t beat us, might as well try to get us kicked out, spread lies, and false propaganda.
The perfect revenge, win the BigXII, treat visiting fans with respect, welcome them to our stadium, welcome them to Utah, and then tell them good game after we win going away.
I loved my trip to Notre Dame, we lost but the fans and support staff…[Read more]

Red Fuego is good but pales in comparison to El Pollo Rico, however of the three Peruvian chicken places I’ve tried in Colorado and Utah it is the best.

Dad’s Chicken on Broadway next to Culver’s on South Broadway, Littleton, CO is good.

In NOVA my favorite is El Pollo Rico. Peruvian chicken, crack chicken!
On 932 Kenmore (?) a block from Virginia Square Metro station. All cash. My wife would drive 50 miles about once a month to get it. Also near Potomac Mills in Dumfries/Mannasas or Dumassas.

How did I miss the Zach Keller transfer announcement?
He graduated with my daughter two years ago. He has great upside. He led his team to the Colorado State Championship two years ago. That same team failed to win the State Championship this year falling in the final, with a player committed to CU.
In high school I don’t think Zach was really…[Read more]
