Well, I hate to say it, but BYU legitimately has a chance to win it all this season. On the last 1.5 Mos they’ve been a top 10, maybe even a top 5 team. I don’t think they will win, but they are one of the few that can.

As much as I hate it. Considering the state of Utah basketball, I’m not going to complain about BYU.

I am a season ticket holder and I fill my seats every game, but at the end of the day…if you as a player want to play in front of a great crowd, then play good basketball and make it easier on the fans. I see where Utes might still get a berth in the NIT or the new CBC that’s being held in Vegas. Eilert and Gabe both have said they’d love to participate. How’s everyone feel about that? Personally, I’d just soon call it a wrap and get started on the next chapter. Nothing against these guys, but they had their chance and it’s time to move on.

Last year. We creamed ASU in the first round and then lost to Colorado in the quarters.

So am I. I expect to see a completely different look and feel with next year’s team, in both coaching and player performance.

I’m definitely envious of their recent success. They have won some big time games and it must be fun to be a fan of a good team like that.

But I’d still rather be a Utah fan at this point because we are still solid in football and it feels like basketball could be making a big comeback.

Don’t forget Utah is 3rd in NCAA tournament appearances in the western US, behind only UCLA and Arizona. Nationally, we rank 20th.

Glad we earned the win in January that is looking to be the most impressive (including Kansas) this season and that we had the home game first in the series. Agreed. I am backing away from it more and more. I’ve blocked tons of BYU fans on the X platform. Just tired of them.

He started college in 2021, didn’t redshirt during any season, and because of that, he’s not eligible for any Covid-19 extension. It’s the same issue with a guy like Lawson Lovering in the MBB.

I am surprised by how optimistic many of you are about our D. Our linebackers should be fine. But, we have holes in all of the other positions IMO.

I certainly hope our offense is MUCH better. It would be hard to be worse.
