Elisha is a 3-star recruit from Mission Hills HS in San Marcos, CA, where he played RB and CB. Played two years prior at Cathedral Catholic in San Diego. He is a speedy guy who excelled at track, the 4th fastest in the state at 60 m. Also ran a 10.8 100 and 22.54 200 m. There are three main Utah CBs returning, and Scalley has said that Elisha is one of 3 young guys vying for a slot in the 2-deep behind Phillips, Broughton, and Mataele.
