I think what has happened with college football is sad, BUT

I am not going to worry about it anymore.  We will land where we land and life will go on.

I love the tradition of amateur college sports.  I started following the Utes (Redskins then) in the early 1960s.  I have seen horrible Utah football teams like back to back 1-10 seasons in the 70s.  I have seen the best of the best including two undefeated seasons.  In basketball, I have witnessed thee final-four teams.  I have been a Utah fan for about sixty years and that isn’t going to change.

We have two more years playing in the pac-12 as presently constituted and the entire thing could turn on its head(maybe for the better) by then.

It’s no longer amateur. It’s only a matter of time before the athletes are paid employees.
