  Utah lost that game for the same reason why teams lose close games against good opponents: missed free throws and turnovers. They missed ten free throws and turned the ball over 19 times. That will kill you every time when you’re playing good opponents. This is an Oregon team who won @ Arizona and beat Syracuse. Utah was totally not ready to be pressed like that and it killed their confidence. They’ll live and learn. On to the next game.

      Youth? High school kids know how to breaak a press, get the ball inbounds, screen. This is mostly coaching at this point.

  Sorry. No Youth excuse. Every time is young. It’s called Turnover sometihng that K knows all too well. K recruits the guys we have. Our bigs are so terrible and our guards cant beat a press ? I understand a few TO’s that’s what a press is designed to do. But 20. I wish Larry was gone. He seems way to fat and happy. Whitt never seems Fat and Happy to me. He acts like he knows e could be fired at any moment.
