      I was able to find this photo on a review site online which just about confirms it’s Ruth’s Diner based on the mug.

        If you’re ever in Colorado I recommend Snooze, an a.m. eatery. Looks like they also have locations in Arizona, California, Tennessee, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Texas and North Carolina.

        You can substitute pancakes.

        I can’t find the banana bread french toast but it is way way sweet, more of a dessert than a breakfast.

        And their hash browns are delicious!

        They started in 2006 in Denver, CO. My daughter worked there and used to bring home delicious food every day. My mouth is watering…
