– Britain Covey
2nd team

That’s a hell of a showing. GO UTES!
Moss on the second team is some bull s**t.
then it’s double bulls**t that Gaskin is second team.
Very strong list from the Utes and I agree with all selections…except one, Jackson Barton 1st team?
Truth. Moss and gaskins should be first team.
Moss on the 2nd team, after playing only 9 games (while everybody else played 12), is astonishing.
Even more incredible is Myles Gaskin not making the list at all.
Gaskin is also second team, with Moss.
Benjamin and JJ Taylor are first team
Which is fine, Eno had a fantastic season and Moss was injured for several games. I’m ok with their selections.
Agreed, I was pointing out to Puget that Gaskin did make the list, he just missed him
I read it too fast and missed him.
Missed a quarter of the season. I think second team is fair. The first team guys had very good seasons.
Is the conference tipping its hand by having Chase and Harry pictured at the top? Or is this a troll job?
I believe that’s Bejamin not Harry.
Yes, #3 is Benjamin, ASU running back.
If my math is correct, over 24% of the 1st and 2nd team honors of the entire conference go to Utes!! That ain’t half bad!!!
Amazing! Look, we can quibble over certain things, but Utah got a lot of love on this list. We should be very happy.
No Cody Barton? F**k this list and whoever in the ear.
Cody Barton anyone???
Cody was honroable mention.
most of our defensive line made first or second team. I didn’t realize those dudes were all juniors. Can you imagine if they all stay? Man… That is one heck of a defensive line.
I was surprised to see Agasiva as a first teamer considering he was so stinking bad last year with penalties. Good for him.
One of these days we’ll have a receiver or QB make one of these two teams… one of these days…
Like Covey?
he didn’t make it as a receiver. He made it as a punt returner, we’ve had plenty of all conference returners.
Remember the slew of penalties Garrett Billed had, yet he’s a hell of a lineman and obviously deserved all the attention he got…
Utah 9 First-Team all Pac12
USC 0 First-Team all Pac12
I’m not sure what to think about this, other than I guess I won’t put so much stock in star ratings anymore. This is an incredible showing by our Utes.
Covey made it as a Return specialist. Laviska Shenault and N’Keal Harry were the 1st Team WRs. So you’re telling me Shenault who missed four games was head and shoulders above JJ Arcega-Whiteside? I ain’t buying that.
Kind of funny 5 of the 6 OL were Utah/Washington, hmm, you would have thought there would have been more rushing yards in the P12 Championship.
Washington 2 1st team DBs, Utah 1, Second team Utah 2, Washington 1. Funny how they picked an extra DB for second team. Wonder who was the last selection?
