Is there much of a buzz about them out there? I would hope so with a dozen Utes on the squad.

Bit of a buzz on Twitter but nothing significant yet. Once the season starts it may pick up. It will be cool to see some of the former Utes back in action.

Outdoor games in early February? I love these former Utes and all, but…no thanks.

My thoughts as well. Attendance at these games will be highly dependent on weather. I’ll sit in any type of weather for the Utes, but I don’t have that emotional investment with the Stallions.

I plan on catching some of the games later in the season as the weather grows warmer. Those two home games on February 23 and March 2nd should be cold, but the later games may be alright.

          The Stallions have home games:

          February 23
          March 2
          March 16
          March 30
          April 12

Apparently they have sold 22,000 season tickets. Saturday’s in February and March are reserved for snowboarding.

That’s a pretty solid number for a startup spring league. Sounds like they could do quite well.

Agoura, I’m curious where you got that 22,000 number from. Do you have a link?

I also wonder how the rest of the teams are doing with tickets sales.

A bunch of comp tickets for sponsors?

Asking for $150 per ticket (not all seats, but a good amount of them are at $150) is a bold asking price for a brand new league.

Those are VIP tickets. The rest are between 19 and 63. You can get season tickets as low as $75.
