I would rather have one of our young guys get the nod. However, I think there will be a gameplan in place to help Barnes be successful against Florida if needed. We will not score a ton of points, but I think we can still win with Barnes.

BYU has 10,000 more seats than RES. They are saying that this leads to much more revenue for them. I am not so sure. I believe our ticket prices are much higher. I agree with you. But, I think it is all about what they are seeing in camp. Which guy can read the defense better? Who gets confused with the defensive alignment and makes the wrong read?

I do not like this at all. I think we have seen what Barnes can do and it’s not enough IMO. I am frustrated that we cannot develop an incoming freshman QB. We have only had one QB in the last decade who came in here as a freshman who became a regular starter – Huntley. We have had a bunch of guys bail on the program.

I agree they love to make excuses. But, the Honor Code certainly affects their recruiting. But, they have no excuses when it comes to LDS recruits.
