College should adopt the NFL injury report. Notifications made during the week about practice (participation or non participation) Out Doubtful or questionable. There are game time decisions every week but they are ruled questionable (50-50). Fantasy football and gambling rule the NFL. Game time decision means out or doubtful at Utah. My biggest pet peeve is hiding injuries. Utah does not disclose injuries unless they’re season ending. A guy with a broken leg is out for weeks not a game time decision. I have seen no advantage the past two years from any gamesmanship on injuries. We as fans have the right to know who is hurt instead of seeing a strange number on the field.

I completely agree. I don’t think hiding injuries has helped us.

Whether or not you hear that phrase is, itself, a game-time decision.

Us and Tennessee as mentioned above. I’m not as confident as On3 at whatever 90+ percent they have him at but I would be surprised if he doesn’t announce for us tomorrow.

He’s such a highly ranked commit that teams will shoot their shot up until 12:50 tomorrow so still plenty of defense to be played but every indication I have is he will choose to stay close to home!

At least 75% he commits to us right now.

The answer is as nuanced as is the nickel position.

You want to utilize the players versatility and strengths as best you can without taking away, from the defense, or further enhancing the defense.

Like my team the Phins on how they would use Ramsey, a top flight CB. They would utilize him in nickel, in safety and the traditional outside CB.

I would like to add, I do wonder if they’ll have Snowden maybe blitz from his nickel spot this season. He’s quick and fast enough that it could be used as an occasional power tool. I remember Burgess being good at it, and thought Tao could be, before moving to safety last year.
