ParticipantWhen I was listening to the interview, I thought about the previous interview with Cam. Cam said that some people who wouldn’t have been able to go were likely going to be ready to go because of the bye week.
I didn’t think about the fact that he had been seen wearing a sleeve on his knee and was likely talking about himself.
I wonder if already being out helped Kuithe have better insight into how well Cam was actually healing and when he would be ready to go.

ParticipantIs there any way those of us who don’t live in Utah can support/stream the program?
Thanks

ParticipantI can’t believe the number of reviews in this game when there were no reviews on the goal line plays last week.

ParticipantI think one if the big difference is the situation in which they were called. If the facemask wasn’t called the Utes would have been at 2nd and 18. They were moving the ball at that time and in the next 2 plays moved the ball 15 or 16 yards. Would the finish of the run been more aggressive if they only need a yard or two? It’s likely
If the holding hadn’t been called there would have been a turnover on downs and the Utes could have kneeled down to win the game.
Bad calls happen on both sides. Some are more impactful. A questionable, inconsistent call at that point, with that impact so bad.

ParticipantI agree the ESPN+ app on Roku is awful.
I have the Hulu+ live tv bundle with ESPN and Disney+. The Hulu app has a much better interface than ESPN+. ESPN+ will often hang up when I start to start a program or game. I don’t have that problem with Hulu.
Hulu will record ESPN+ games to my stuff if I record all games from a team.
Just another option to see it. Hulu+ Live TV is far from perfect. In my opinion Fubo and Sling interfaces are both better.

ParticipantI don’t know if any of the first string players from this year will still be there.

ParticipantAnother interesting oversight from the media is them talking up Oregon’s running defense. Those stats are padded by playing the running offenses ranked out of 130
117 Washington
125 Washington State
126 Colorado
130 Hawaii
And Portland StateThe best rushing attack they faced was #42 Texas Tech who averaged 5.4 yards per run
The Utes are currently ranked #31 in rushing facing multiple top defenses. I think we will be able to run the ball well against them, which will open things up for Bryson.

ParticipantYeah, I see your point. It’s just the guy uses the term lucky wins and I reversed to describe it because we didn’t win and you’re right it probably isn’t accurate.
What was just such the gut punch was the number of plays the team usually makes and they didn’t. There were multiple opportunities to make one play typically completed by the team that failed and completing just one of these multiple options could have won the game.
I agree this is probably one of, if not the most, painful losses in the PAC 12 era. Losses when we were outmatched and outplayed are much easier to accept than what happened here.
