Zack Moss is almost as strong as he is elusive.

Saw ASU punter’s number yesterday…25. wow
Why is a punter even doing reps on the bench press? Makes no sense to me.
To debunk stereotypes perhaps?
Why do WR do it? The ball only weighs about 1 pound, not 225, and they just have to catch it and run with it.
If I could do 25 I would want to show I could also, especially at a position you would never expect it from.
Honestly, why is any football player doing the bench press? Pushing with the arms is not a super important motion in football. Even linemen – who push a lot – are pushing with their legs, glutes, and cores.
I suspect that the bench press is pretty much just there to be a “show of manliness” and has little to do with strength that translates to football.
Pace is not impressed
Lets watch them lift a 225-pound wheel of government cheese!!
Bradlee did 25. Nice job, kicker man. What was Wish’s?
Poor 40 for Moss though, 4.72 and 4.70. Didn’t think he was going to light it up but thought he would do better than that, probably will hurt his stock.
Moss is not built for 40-yard speed. More of a tackle-busting freight train.
Hopefully this explains it and he runs better at the Pro Day.

Changed to 4.65 officially (others were unofficial), hopefully he puts up 4.5s at the Pro Day.
