Many of you know that this is the proper edict to follow.

Defense and prosecution agreed to a 11-14 year sentencing recommendation. So, she should expect to get that. She admitted to knowing what she had done was wrong. The evidence must have been pretty dispositive.

Which means she’ll do less than 5.

Still, could you imagine being in jail for a year or more? Wow!

Especially when the biggest violent criminals are on the street. Being released time after time. People like her will serve her time. S**t show

This was no petty theft, she literally stole millions of dollars.

I’m so dissapointed by this. In a world of rampant identity theft, wire fraud, etc…then Jen Shaw is going to run a business around this very thing? I have my owns sins, but damn, blatant theft via wire fraud?

True. But she won’t be going to the prison you and I would go to for the same crime.

Not how the federal system works.  She will do the 11.

However, not binding on the court.

Regardless, she’ll most likely get a number of years in federal prison…..And she’ll be paying back a significant amount of money & rightfully so.

She wasn’t content w/Coach Shah’s salary plus her proceeds from her program? Outright greed.

How humiliating for Coach Shah…..He’s such a stand-up dude.

Yep, I don’t know if y’all watched the show, but greed/selfishness is a very prevalent theme.
