…has been making some extra trips through the buffet.

Jace is improving and rebounding well. He’s moving the opposite direction of Collette, who seems to be regressing. I think perhaps Collette is already done with college basketball in his mind. It’s time to start Jayce.

Tonight Utah Men’s Basketball plays #21 ASU and Saturday we play #11 Arizona, both on the road? Both games here at the Huntsman center were competitive. Can we win on the road against such tough teams? I think it is possible, but not likely.

I put up a predict the score contest for the Super Bowl, because I can. A friendly contest. No prizes or anything on the line unless someone wants to donate something. 

I haven’t caught a ball from the spirit team toss since the byu game when Josh Grant dunked over Shawn Bradley. What year was that? Maybe 2002?  I caught one tonight.  And my aunt caught one too.  Ha.

Barefield is shooting two technical fouls in the first half. As you probably know, the technical shooter is alone and all other players are behind the half court line.  He makes the shot then automatically puts both arms out to high five his teammates.  Nobody home.  Then on the 2nd shot he does it again!

Justin Bibbins was awesome last night. Had a double-double. He played 35 minues, far more than any other player, got beat to hell by the Washington defense, scored 20 points and had 10 rebounds. He LED THE TEAM IN REBOUNDS and he’s 5 foot 8, an inch shorter than me. 4-4 from the free throw line, in crunch time. Total stud.
