I think most of us are in fact excited about the players on the team, but the lack of year to year progress (dealing with the same issues year in and year out), is what makes most fans intolerant of the situation.

Watching curry at LSU he reminds me of Ty. Not quite as dynamic, but a similar style of running back. He’ll be good

If he was that good he would have performed better. 19 catches is something we can replace. It’s loss for sure, but it’s not like teams were going out of their way to plan for him

Most people said the same about our qb situation last year. I’ll believe brewer is a playoff level QB when we are playing bama in the championship game. Not until then.

That’s great and all that we are now a nationally respected program. That being said, I will believe we will be a Rose Bowl level team when I see a QB that doesn’t suck nutsack when it matters most. I will believe it when our offensive line can pass block against the top tier teams in the pac12.

At least he gives us a lot in passing and defense. Carlson doesn’t serve any purpose at all. Im completely dumbfounded at how much worse he is this year. It’s pretty obvious that they have given up trying.

Urban is a different breed of human. I don’t think he has the ability to comprehend failure. He is considered one of the GOATs but I think he doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Yes, they could be better, but I do believe that they could get more separation with more time. They are not elite, but they are good enough to get us to not hinder our path to the rose bowl.

I don’t think someone like ty Jones would noticeably improve our team.

They are much better than our pre guy h. receivers. They haven’t been the problem. Our terrible QB and offensive line have been the problem. We have guys get open down field, then the QB gets rushed and/or misses them by a mile if they even get a pass off.
