This is huge. Kid is a lean, athletic 6’6 260 and has a chance to be a physical MONSTER. Sitaki and USC were both making a hard push for him. Has only been playing football for a year, so wasnt highly rated or recruited. Kid could be our Ziggy Ansah

just make any one of those four FTs…..I wonder how winning that game might have changed our mentality though. That was a brutal loss to take, and maybe facing that adversity played a small part in the fact that we went in to a very hostile environment last night and showed a ton of resolve. You never know.

In a great spot considering we only 4 more road games left. If we can split those (or get 1 and win out at home) we will be right there for the conference title.

This would be a monster road win, with a home heavy schedule, and only 4 road games remaining. I could see Utah riding a win tomorrow to losing only 3 more along the way and getting a 5 or 6 seed. A loss keeps missing the tournament altogether well in play. A win also puts us a game out of first place in the conference

Its the same thing as scouting draft prospects as a fan of a pro team. Its silly, and there is no real point, but drafting/recruiting is hugely important, so the more intense fans are going to follow it from beginning to end

you cant look at raw stats like that, with college teams especially. UW is 4th in the country in pace, Utah is 244. Out of 351 teams, their offensive efficiency ranks 105th, and their defensive efficiency 92nd. Utah comes in at 66th offensively and 66th defensively.

UW has been good at home lately. Undefeated in conference beating USC, UCLA, and CU.

I dont think he has an accuracy issue. He has elite measurables, and can make all the throws. His struggles are all mental, and maybe some NFL team will see that as, maybe with the right coaching he could be something. We’ll see.

really too bad. He is probably our best athlete on the perimeter. By far our best wing defender, which is something (the lack thereof) that is absolutely killing us this year. Big. Long. Quick. Good shooter. We miss him a lot
