I think the fact that the Cal banner was stuck up there for 3 weeks is what killed that donation drive. I’m on a very tight budget just trying to make ends meet. I sure as hell cant justify donating to a site where the admin can’t even be bothered to spend a couple minutes a week updating the schedule.

Beating them doesn’t do a thing for me. If we lost it would be a colossal disappointment and embarrassment though. It’s a lose-lose IMHO.

I love/hate playing them. It seems like every year they come into the game looking like a rudderless ship that’s taking on water. Then they play us and suddenly they look like the loaded roster of 4 and 5 star athletes that they are.

I go back and forth. One minute I think we’re gonna win the whole damned thing, then I go back to thinking we’ll be fighting to hang on to #3 in the division.

If we start 4-0 I’ll feel pretty good about our chances. If we don’t beat USC at home I think we’re unlikely to take the South.

While I agree with those who say it’s detrimental to have polls so early, I can’t help but eagerly anticipate them every year.

I think one of the biggest problems with the polls is that voters don’t readjust their votes soon enough after they find out that the preseason picks were way off.
