On the off chance that he would respond I reached out to him but figured he probably wouldn’t have the time due to their packed schedule this week. He actually responded today in support of some good friends of mine hosting a tailgate at the game on Saturday. Pretty cool!  Go Utes – getting on my flight tomorrow morning.

Before I ask my question, I want to go on record that I would 1000% want to only go to the Rose Bowl if we win the PAC 12 Championship outright.   That being said, now my question:

4 of the 5 P5 conferences had a team lose to an FCS Team yesterday.  Illinois, Duke, Vanderbilt and UW.  Other than UW, the others are perennial bottom feeders in their conferences so I wonder if this will still soften the blow a bit with the PAC12.   Difficult because all of those conferences have their token programs at the top winning national…[Read more]
