OnlyU said he doesn’t think the kicker is currently on campus. I took that to mean he didn’t think Redding was going to be the guy this fall. Take it for what it’s worth but OnlyU tends to have good insight into things.

He was my favorite player to watch. I know he got called for targeting more than most, but some of it was BS. I love his motor and love the way he plays wood, especially for his size.

Apparently all aspects of targeting have to present in order for it to stand. It should have always been that way. Blair’s targeting against WA and Hansen’s against CO would have been reversed. And probably Fotu’s as well.

I agree. My guess is they re-sign Rubio. They’ll have Exum for a couple more years. No one will take on that contract and everything will remain as is.

I’m just as worried as everyone else about the kicking game. But I have to wonder (and hope) if during his exit interview after spring ball, that Whitt told him they were going to go in another direction. If that’s the case maybe it’s not as bleak as it seems right now. This is all speculation but I can hope right?

No it’s not too late. Utah does have another kicker, not on scholarship. Once spring ball wraps up everywhere, you’ll see more names in the potal.

Good for him. I was expecting him to go to a G5 school. I hope he can get the playing time he’s looking for.
