Regarding Rising, those are exactly my thoughts. His leverage is zero. If he’s healthy, or as healthy as he can possibly be, then he’d make a decent veteran backup. However, that’s also dependent on what offense Beck installs. I do hope that you’re correct about Dampier.

Two season ending injuries and not feeling like I was ever given a real chance would have me looking elsewhere if I was in Rose’s shoes. Would you want to start at ground zero with the potential of the new OC bringing in his guy to start over you?

Conference Championship game cost Utah in 2019 and SC in 2022. Both one loss teams that had an argument for the playoff until they lost the CCG. I’ve wanted those CCG’s gone for a long time.
