I’m going as well but only because the ticket prices are reasonable and Vegas is an easy drive from SLC. Also, Vegas is an attractive place to spend a couple of days. Are we looking at the beginning of the end of college football as we know it?

For me it’ll be when Utah is relegated to irrelevance. I don’t watch minor league hockey, baseball or basketball. So, I’m certainly not going to start watching minor league football, no matter how they package it.

That’s a sign of maturity..something which, naturally, a lot of these don’t really have. The prevailing mentality is “that won’t happen to me, I’m different.”

You live by the sword, you die by the sword. If you want all of the benefits that comes from fans’ adulation, then you need to be prepared to take their slings and arrows when you do something that angers them. It would be ridiculous to think otherwise.
