 I hope the USU/BYU rivalry grows. They are perfect for one another. 

Yes, this bugs me. Kyle and co. Need to stop treating this as a rivalry. It messes with the players heads, few of whom actually have any association with BYU anymore. It’s just another ooc game. They are not in our league and we let them hang around. Ugh.

No, please don’t let them beat BYU by more than 6 points. A 1 point victory is good.

I agree with this sentiment. It has been hard to listen to Kilani in interviews the past 2-3 weeks. I don’t hold any ill will toward him, and as long as byu-p always loses to us, I don’t have a great need to see them lose other games.

I admit though that it has been funny watching the fanbase that was thumping its chest preseason melt down.

True, though I think even N. Dakota and Arizona were able to expose us. Not sure what there is left to hide lol.

I think we’ll see a marked improvement against Stanford. Taylor has the extra week to gameplan to Troy’s strengths, and to coach him up on what they saw on tape against Arizona. It’s a little premature to judge Troy on that performance considering that was his first real action for the season and it came unexpectedly and under duress.

Yep. Total pain in the ass. We end up having to drop the kiddos at a cousin’s house for a sleepover. Also, I am old(ish) and it is harder to recover from staying up until 1 than it was in my 20’s. Pity us olds!

After the game Friday night, I was feeling a bit down on the team like you.Then I watched a little football on Saturday, especially in the pac 12, and I feel better now. All the teams have deficiencies, even U$C looks beatable.Also disagree that Arizona is a bad team. Their QB play is poor, but beyond that they looked good.
