Quit playing games with my heart

At the 11:10 mark he talks about the “dirty” plays from his team and basically says none of it was intentional and that “they always catch the second guy”, suggesting that his players were instigated. This dude is nothing but a good salesman.

Last night Whitt mentioned that Lisk was brought in because he’s the better passer and Shelley was brought in because he’s a better runner. I don’t like the idea of switching them out. Just pick a guy and go with him.

People were filing out of the stadium at the end of the 3rd quarter! Yeah it was rainy. Yeah it was a little chilly. But give me a break. We’ve got a top 15 team playing arguably the most important game of the season!

But I’m nervous for this game tonight. We always have a WTF loss and I’m afraid it could be this one.

Unless you have receivers who are really good blockers, it just seems like it rarely gets more than a couple yards. Texas keeps trying it against Oklahoma but that OU defense is too good.

Right now I would guess they want to go to the Michigan/Penn St. game. BUT if Penn St. loses this week to Iowa, Utah takes care of business against Oregon State, and ASU beats Washington State, then you’re probably looking at two Top 15 teams in Utah and ASU on the 19th. Maybe it would still be Michigan/Penn but I think we’d have a good shot.

Using an indoor antenna? I’ve tried two different antennas and can get 5 Mexican channels.

Ole Miss appeared to have scored a TD with less than 10 seconds left but the refs ruled it short and didn’t review it. Looked like a TD to me.

But there were two calls last night that really piss me off. The holding call that caused Whitt to get a penalty and the PI against JJ. It’s just amazing to me how PAC12 refs can be so bad and nothing is done to change it.

He was our #2 last year and he played really well. Now he’s been dropped down to #3 below a guy who will still be on the team next year, which means he’ll most likely be a backup next year as well.
I mean, I guess if Lisk fits the system better and has outplayed Shelley in practice, he deserves the #2 spot but it sure would be nice to have them…[Read more]
