I agree with this. Not to mention that Troy was hampered for 3/4 of last season with a significant MCL sprain. Combine that with one-dimensional playcalling, and I’m not surprised that he didn’t quite perform at the level that we all expected of him.

Never been to a game down in Happy Valley and I don’t ever plan on it. I’ll enjoy it on my couch with a bottle of Basil Hayden.

My understanding is that it’s the absolute last date that we will take him. If he doesn’t get eligible by then, he’ll lose his scholarship offer.

I just question his durability as a true RB. He’s a small guy and tends to get beat up on pretty badly. I think he can definitely be effective as a change of pace back, or in some 2 back sets — but I don’t think he can take a significant number of snaps there.

I’m starting to get pretty concerned that we haven’t named a #1 QB yet. One of the goals of camp was to have a starter named as early as possible. Having 3 guys still competing is making me think that we really don’t have a solid option at that position.

At least from that camera angle, looks like it was maybe a comeback route that wasn’t open? Or it wasn’t a comeback route at all and Williams threw it way behind him.

This is my concern as well. It’s not unusual for defenses to be ahead of offenses this early in camp… but I hope that the offense catches up soon. The last camp report I read (Monday), Whitt seemed subdued regarding the WRs and there was talk that more than a few INTs were thrown.

I feel like the social media coverage has been pretty standard so far this summer. I’m really enjoying the “Earn Your Feathers” videos they’ve been doing on Instagram. It feels like there are the same amount of snaps coming through as well.
