I love this quote from media days – when he talked about Utah.

However, college sports are moving to super conferences.  Would we be better merging with the Big12 to make the first super conference?  One of the talking heads suggested a few weeks ago:

He played sparingly at Fresno State last year.  I hope he does well at USU.
 

It is hard to go undefeated, so I am not predicting this, but I would love it.  According to this – we would play USC for the championship.
2022 Prediction

He said that his arm is much stronger than it was this time last year and even stronger than it was at the end of last season.
I’m excited to see what Cam can do now that he is at full strength.  I think his one weakness last season was the long ball.  His improved strength opens up some options for our offense.

The current spread for the Utah/UF games is Utah -2 and the O/U is 52.5.  That would be a score of about 27-25.  Vegas typically knows their stuff, but I think that the strength of both teams is their offense.  I hope Utah scores more than 27.  I think our offense should be potent with Rising, Kuithe, Kincaid, Thomas, et al. I saw somewhere that our offensive line was ranked in the top ten.  If this is all true and you add our tight ends and Rising to the mix – we should have one helluva an offense this season!!!
 

That during speed tests that the football team was doing at each position – Barnes was faster than Jackson.  I cannot confirm this, but apparently, it was posted on Twitter.  If this is indeed true – we need to find a place for Barnes in our lineup.
 

He chose to be on offense first (starting about mid-season).  Will he continue that pattern this year?
I say yes, at least in most cases.  There may be some situations where he doesn’t.  However, I believe he has great confidence in his offense’s ability to score and he wants to score first.
 

USC was known as tailback U and Penn State as linebacker U, etc.
