With Rising participating in practice, is that taking reps away from Johnson with the 1’s throughout the week? I get trying to minimize rust with Rising but man if he’s not going to play, Johnson needs as many reps as he can get. I’m pretty sure we ran a total of 5 different offensive plays today.

It really is a shame this is the last season of the PAC 12. Opening week has this conference looking scary top to bottom. There’s going to be a lot of good football in league play this year. I’m excited but sad.

Just saw something about a Jake Bentley from South Carolina that’s predicted to transfer to Utah. Another QB. Curious if anyone has insight on this or are we going to have great QB battles over the next season or two? 

I was a little worried that Choklahoma would jump us, it’ll be interesting to see if the committee thinks the same.
