Welcome back! Looking forward to this year’s game with BU and future Big 12 play. I think your AD is referring to ASU. I wouldn’t take anything as anti Big 12 from what has been said or done by incoming PAC admins during this process. It was alot of emotion from a proud, but fading conference. Things should only get better from here.

Ahh the old Barnes was thrown into the game without preparation and shouldn’t be evaluated on that. Go watch last year’s Wazzu game, which despite Whit’s shenanigans, Barnes was prepped for and then proceeded to win fugly circa Utah 2010’s.

Botching this round of misalignment would cost Utah athletics dearly in program value (currently #33). That’s not only a fireable offense, it could be career ending. When almost every athletics program is seeking promotion, who wants someone that succeeded in demotion of a program under their charge?

Nonsense, we’ve been over this before. Hill was just as responsible if not more than President for getting us into P5. Hill was a transformer and change agent. From my perspective Harlan is a sustainer. You don’t want a sustainer leading athletics in major realignment.

I’d be more confident with Chris Hill at AD in this critical period than Mark Harlan.
