Your wife already did what I think is the most important thing: Got rid of his video game system. Video games are the biggest unproductive waste of time in the history of mankind.

If they got into the tournament instead of conference champions, then I would have a problem with it. But since all conference champions are guaranteed spots, I have no problem with a bunch of non-champions also going.

Once college football puts all P5 champions in the playoffs, then we can talk about “at large” spots.

There’s something wrong with the PAC12 bowl tie-ins.

The last 3 years we won 9 games, 10 games, and 9 games…and our bowl opponents were Colorado St., BYU-P, and Indiana.
This year we won 6 games…and we’re going to get a better bowl opponent than any of the last 3 years.

Interestingly, from my seats on the east side, the west side looks about 50% full to me. In fact, my group of 8 moved to the west side during that one afternoon game to keep the sun out of our eyes – we easily grabbed seats at midfield and we were all able to sit together with room on every side.
