Every other conference needs to play 9 conference games, or the PAC needs to change and only schedule 8 and a mid-late season cupcake. We have enough working against us with the East coast bias that all pundits really care about is W-L, and you can’t afford to drop more than one game a year if you want to contend. 

On Wisconsin! Respect that program and how they play football. I’m grateful and appreciative of what Urban did for Utah in his time here, but my personal opinion of him has diminished in the recent years.

As one of those who is uncertain about Anderson, @Utah almost always has very good insight. Also, if memory serves, he was pro-Huntley through all of camp and was one of the few people saying that Huntley should start over Williams from jump-street.

I want Troy Taylor to stay, I think the offense progressed as the season went on and he can put us in a position to win a lot of football games.

Joking aside, I see your point. I’m just deeply in denial of the possibility that my favorite sport won’t exist in 10-15 years.

I would think it’s the fact that the team was 5-6 at the time. Students show up for winning teams. If you compare how the MUSS looked against Stanford vs. last night, it seems pretty evident that kids want to come root for a successful team. If not, they’d rather party elsewhere.
